A wrapping machine with manual feeding.
Wrapping machine with manual loading used to realize, with the appropriate functional groups, different wrapping styles among the most common: Double Twist, Bunch, Portfolio/Envelope, Single Twist.
The product is put manually by the operator into a pocket belt synchronized with the wrapping machine.

To move from one wrapping style to another less than 30 minutes are required

LOADING SPEED: the manual loading speed depends on the operator skill. The feeding chain can be extended so that two operators can work at the same time. Based on our experience, th maximum reachable speed is 140 pieces per minute

Layout
The MINIWRAP layout is compact in order to meet possible space requirements of our customers; on the left we show multi-style machine configuration , while the two groups colored in yellow and red are the ones used for products wrapping
